Describe what is missing
Start by identifying the scope: one base outfit, one style, a group of items or the entire familiar locker. Those situations point to different checks. Write the exact item name and the platform where you expected to see it before changing anything.
Then check Epic’s support search for a current issue affecting that item. A live display problem calls for a different response from an account mismatch. Avoid making several account changes at once, because that makes it harder to understand which state you started with.

Check identity and the current view
Epic’s missing-item guide asks players to confirm they are viewing the intended account and Locker. It also directs players to clear sorting/filter selections, including the favorites filter, and inspect archived items. These checks distinguish an absent item from one hidden by the current view.
Use the relevant cosmetic category when searching. A matching set can contain separate outfit, pickaxe, glider or back-bling entries; looking in one category does not answer whether another category contains its item. Record what you find rather than assuming every part of a set arrived together.
| What you see | First useful check |
|---|---|
| Most familiar contents are absent | Signed-in Epic identity and platform connection |
| One item is absent | Exact name, category, filters and archive |
| Base outfit is present, desired look is absent | Its style selection and requirements |
| A recent platform bundle is absent | The official redemption instructions for that purchase |

Look inside the archive
Archiving hides a cosmetic without deleting it. Epic’s current instructions say to open the relevant Locker category, use Sort & Filter to show Archived items, then use the item’s options to unarchive it. On PC those options are under the three-dot menu; the support page describes the console control separately.
If the item appears there, you have identified a visibility issue. If it does not, do not keep repeating the same filter changes. Move to the account, item-specific or style question that still lacks an answer. Keep the exact item name with your notes.

Separate a missing style from a missing outfit
A base outfit can be present while a desired style remains unavailable. Check the item’s editing options and the condition for that style. Epic documents several kinds of requirements, so the presence of the outfit does not answer every variant question.
For a recent purchase, also check the original bundle description. A promotional picture may show a wider set of items than the exact product you selected. Compare the named entitlement and the displayed result before describing the problem as a completely missing account inventory.

Keep the evidence useful
A helpful report states the exact item or style, the platform, the account context, the expected result and the checks already completed. A screenshot of the relevant category or style selector can explain the discrepancy without exposing email addresses, passwords or recovery codes.
If the question concerns contents disclosed in an accs.io order, use the private order-linked support route and describe that specific mismatch. For a general Fortnite interface issue, use the current Epic article for the affected feature. When you return to browsing, the same precision helps: choose from named contents and explicit styles rather than an assumed combination.
