What happens after payment? Understanding order updates

Read accs.io’s actual payment, preparation, delivery and review states so you know when to wait, check email or continue an existing support request.

Payment and delivery are separate steps

A completed payment starts the account-preparation and email-delivery flow. It is not itself the credentials email. The private order page keeps the current status so you can distinguish awaiting payment, preparation, delivery and a request that needs review.

Keep that order page and its reference. If the browser closes, a payment redirect is interrupted or an email takes longer than expected, the existing order is the place to check what happened. Starting another purchase is not a useful way to test whether the first payment worked.

Read the customer-facing status

These are descriptions of the implemented order states, not a timing promise or a screenshot of a real customer purchase.

A returned checkout page is not the payment authority

The order updates from the recorded payment and fulfillment state. A browser URL that says you returned from checkout is not a substitute for that state. If the order still needs to refresh, use the page’s refresh control and check the displayed result.

If payment failed or the checkout expired, the order explains that outcome. If it says an additional check is underway, preserve the existing order rather than opening duplicate attempts. A pending review does not mean that credentials are already available or that another payment is required.

When delivery is recorded, inspect the email

Use the delivery address entered at checkout and look for the message containing credentials and setup steps. Check the inbox and its spam or filtered folders. The ordinary order-status page is not a public password display, and a listing link is not a replacement for the private delivery message.

Sign in through the official game platform, compare the disclosed contents and secure the access that is available. If a step fails, keep the exact error and time. Do not postpone available security steps merely because the replacement window is still open.

Use one clear record for problems

For a delivered-account issue, use the order-linked request controls and explain whether access never worked or stopped working later. If a request already exists, reply in that thread so the description, evidence and decision remain together. An update that asks for your reply is a prompt to supply the missing information, not to create another order.

There is no universal instant-delivery or instant-resolution promise in these statuses. What the page supplies is a durable record of the next stage. Keep the order reference, use the actual status and avoid interpreting the disappearance of a catalog listing as proof that your completed order was lost.
